Mr. McDaniel is a member of the State Bar of Tennessee and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.
Mr. McDaniel was an associate attorney in the law office of Jay Fred Friedman from 1983 to 1985, and a partner in the law firm of Friedman and McDaniel from 1985 to 1986, when he began his solo practice. In 2007, Kenneth W. Brashier joined the McDaniel Law Firm as an associate attorney. Mr. McDaniel served as an Assistant District Attorney General in the Town of Collierville from 1992 to 2001, and has since served as their Assistant City Attorney, prosecuting city traffic and ordinance violations.
