Mark S. Mc Daniel, Attorney At Law, was admitted to the Bar in the State of Tennessee and the United States District Court, Western District of Tennessee, in 1983. He was an associate in the law office of Jay Fred Friedman, Attorney at Law, from 1983 to 1985, and a partner in the law firm of Friedman and McDaniel from 1985 to 1986, when he began his solo practice. In 2007, Kenneth W. Brashier, joined the McDaniel Law Firm as an associate.
McDaniel’s practice interests include criminal defense, personal injury, and general civil litigation. He served the Town of Collierville as an Assistant District Attorney General from 1992 to 2001, and since has served as their Assistant City Attorney, prosecuting city traffic and ordinance violations.
McDaniel’s passion is criminal defense. “Criminal Law is where I find that the most interesting legal issues exist. I like helping people with their legal problems. I enjoy sending people out of my office in better shape than when they came in.”
McDaniel says he is unique in his approach to law practice. “ I take a genuine interest in my clients. I have a sincere desire to improve their situation in life that brought them to my office. I believe people are still looking for personal service from their attorney. If someone retains my services, I am the attorney that appears in court, who stands in front of the judge and pleads their case. I return their telephone calls and answer their correspondence. As their chosen representative, I am the attorney who is their advocate.”
McDaniel is a member of Phi Delta Phi, and is listed in Who’s Who in American Law (6th & 7th editions), America’s Leading Lawyers (1993), and in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers (89th – 92nd editions).
